Send a specific, checkable report
This form reaches the independent publisher of Unemployment Benefits Calculator. It does not reach a state claims office, the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services or the U.S. Department of Labor. To ask about an application, missed payment, certification deadline, identity review or appeal, contact the agency shown on your determination. We cannot change a benefit account or submit an appeal for you.
Information that helps us investigate
Choose what needs a look and describe the affected page, field or result. For a figure or legal rule, include a link to the current agency notice, statute or official table and explain its effective period. A weekly maximum from another year, another state or a paid-leave program can appear plausible while governing a different calculation. A source report is particularly useful when a previously cited link has moved or an official publication contradicts an older handbook.
For calculator bugs, describe the steps that reproduce the problem, your browser and the expected output. You may use an invented wage pattern with the same arithmetic properties as your original case. Do not send a full determination, Social Security number, claim identifier, password, employer account number or other sensitive personal record. Quarterly wages are processed locally by the calculator; sending a correction message intentionally transmits the message to us.
How reports are handled
A report starts an evidence check. We compare the stated period and rule with primary sources, identify whether the issue concerns the formula, displayed explanation or an unsupported claim type, and reproduce the calculation. An agency-confirmed missing input can explain an unresolved estimate without making the form incorrect. When the evidence holds up, the page is corrected with the source that supports the new figure, the claim dates it governs and a new review date. No response time or benefit decision is promised.
Optional follow-up
Provide an email address only if you want us to follow up about the report. A report can be submitted without one. We keep what the form sends: the kind of problem, your description, the page path and any email you chose to add. The form refuses very short descriptions and submissions from other websites, and no IP address or user-agent string is saved with a report. The privacy policy describes this separate record. Use the form for this site's content and behavior; agency deadlines should never wait for our review.
