Unemployment worksheets by jurisdiction
Choose the jurisdiction administering your covered wages. Your residence alone does not decide which claim system applies. Interstate and combined-wage claims require agency direction before you combine earnings.

Bring the correct monetary record
The base period shown on a determination can differ from the most recent calendar year. Match every quarter to the accepted wage record. Military, federal and combined-state work can need additional handling. A jurisdiction's alternate base period is not permission to pick whichever quarters produce the highest result.
Each linked worksheet explains the jurisdictional rule and any prepared agency parameter. Monetary qualification, weekly award and total available balance are separated. An unknown value is not an approval or a denial. The ordinary amount describes a full otherwise eligible week; current earnings and other adjustments can change a deposit.
When the schedule changes
Annual benefit maximums may change in January, July or October, depending on the jurisdiction. Use the filing or effective date requested on the page. A claim can retain its own schedule even when a new maximum is announced for other claims. An unsupported annual period uses the official-award worksheet and asks for the determination's actual weekly amount, account and authorized weeks. It does not extrapolate a published maximum into another year.
Use the home worksheet for selecting and comparing inputs, the sources register for authority and vintage, and the methodology for excluded situations. Dependent counts, qualifying work hours and base weeks are agency classifications rather than general household guesses. Withholding is optional and only illustrates the election entered.
For a page-specific discrepancy, follow Report a correction in that page's footer. Include the applicable public notice or a reproducible wage example. Application and appeal questions belong with the claims agency; this independent reference site cannot decide them or extend a deadline.
